OFFICIAL RULES FOR CODEBLACK ENTERPRISES, LLC “REFER A FRIEND IPOD TOUCH GIVEAWAY” CONTEST:

The following Contest is intended for play in the 50 United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. Do not enter this Contest if you are not a resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.

1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Codeblack Enterprises, LLC “iPod Touch” Contest (the “Contest") is open only to those who are at least seventeen (17) years of age at the time of Contest entry and who are legal residents of the continental United States as of February 1, 2008. Employees, officers, and directors of Codeblack Enterprises, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and/or promotion agencies and the immediate families (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, and grandparents) and household members of each of the above are NOT eligible to enter or win. Void outside of the 50 United States and where prohibited by law.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Valid entries must be submitted via Codeblack Enterprises, LLC. Incomplete, late, lost, and garbled entries are void.  By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges. Online entrants must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account from which the entry is made and Sponsors may require proof thereof.  All entries become the property of Sponsors.  Neither Codeblack Enterprises, LLC, ThinkTank Marketing, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries.
